Deborah is a healthcare operations executive with 20+ years of experience in developing and implementing complex solutions that assure profitability for clients. A skillful leader and operational strategist, she deftly builds top-performing, cross-functional teams to drive project completion and effect organizational change. 

Deborah is degreed in health information management and has served as a leader and subject matter expert in revenue cycle operations spanning across her healthcare career. She has worked with payers and providers in new business ventures servicing multiple technologies, cross-functional teams, and creating efficiencies that resulted in better and scalable business practices equaling greater returns on investments. She is a RHIT, CPMA, CPC, and AHIMA certified revenue cycle trainer.

Deborah joined Advent Health Partners in 2013 and developed a team of clinicians that use technology solutions to drive operational efficiencies, improve clinical documentation through education, and overturn denials with compelling appeals across 100+ health plans. She works with providers and payers in prevention through concurrent and pre-bill services, as well. Her team partners with providers to service their business needs, resulting in Advent’s clients experiencing returns on investments. 

Deborah is well known in the healthcare industry for her experience in revenue cycle, coding, and best business practices.  She was recognized as a health care hero by the Nashville Business Journal in 2015
